On 11th October 2023, we joined forces with our forward-thinking partner Touchstone FMS at their London offices to demonstrate how Sysynkt’s Cloud XFMS (eXtended Finance ManagementSystem) integrates seamlessly with SunSystems®.
Over 65 SunSystem users joined us to gain insights into the suite of truly cloud-based features and workflows to see how they can revolutionise their business processes.
In response to the question of why he founded Sysynkt, Kalev Kalamae was clear:
“In my 15 years as a SunSystems user and consultant, I’ve implemented SunSystems and the companion products for a wide variety of customers across APAC and UK. He continued, “I was frustrated at endlessly disappointing our customers with the lack of innovation in product releases, especially compared to the exciting developments in competitor products, and nothing has really changed to this day. So we decided to do it ourselves!”

During the demo, we had the pleasure of introducing many innovative features, including one of our favourites - Audrey. This AI-Assisted Document Recognition Engine (AIDRE -Audrey to her friends) is our intelligent data extraction system that analyses documents for our different modules.
We were overwhelmed and very excited by the reaction and feedback from everyone at the event. We’re already updating our product roadmap to include many great and constructive suggestions and look forward to sharing what’s next for Sysynkt soon.
